ASAP - Ongoing Need

Shift Days : Need CRNA to help with call rotation, Monday and Fridays biggest need. On average 2 shifts every 6 weeks for call, 1 weekday 3 : 30p-7a and 1 weekend day shift 7a-7p, need 14-hour shifts during the week, may take 13s

Current Available Shifts : 2-14's. Would prefer CRNA to help with call rotation, would consider without. Call schedule TBD with Chief CRNA as current needs fluctuate due to current staffing numbers on site

Just added 5 8's (3p-11p) shift also available

Weekend Requirements

Reason for need : short staffed

Average Time to Credential : 90 days

Types of Cases : Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement

Required Procedures : General to Trauma / will consider non-trauma CRNAs for general cases

Level 1 Trauma Center

15 Operating Rooms

EMR : iProcedures

Prefer full-time coverage

CRNA must be cross credentialed at another hospital in case of need at that site, it's rare that locums are called to work at 2 nd facility but could happen

430 beds between 2 facilities

Access to a major city with airport plus within 90 minutes of either coast

Supports a very active outdoor lifestyle

Board Certified Required

Must have Trauma Experience

Active FL License Required

ACLS, BLS Required
