Job descriptionShift differential will be paid for weekend hourly and / or shifts shorter than 4 hours. Paid training. Simple IRA. Paid time off. Direct deposit / bi-weekly pay. Time and a half pay for working any of 9 major holidays. Flexible schedule. One-on-one care. Working for a family-owned company. Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. Provide assistance with personal care. Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding. Properly manage household needs. Provide companionship and respite services for the family. Provide transportation if needed to medical appointments, shopping or other activities.

Most of our clients live in Simsbury, Granby, Canton, Avon and surrounding towns.
What We're Looking For :
- A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification would be preferred.
- Hoyer lift experience is a plus.
- A copy of a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray is required.
- Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred).
- Dementia / Hospice including end-of-life experience is a plus.
- A minimum of one year of documented experience required.
- Pass a drug test and background check.

Compensation : $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
