Covid test required 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior.
Description :
Ensure that the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submitting the candidate.
Resume and license verification need to be attached as well.

References from three individuals are required.
A county criminal background check for the last seven years is necessary.
A federal criminal background check for the last seven years is also required.
Multi-state criminal search for the last seven years must be completed.
A nationwide sex offender search for the last seven years is required.
A search through Health and Human Services / Office of Inspector General is needed.
General Services Administration search is mandatory.
A social security number trace must be conducted.
One step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray is required.
A SAM search is necessary.
