We are growing and have an immediate opening for an ENTRY-LEVEL, FULL OF LIFE Studio Greeter & Assistant . This is a full-time role (32 hours / week to start, up to 40 hours / week) with opportunities for growth in our creative studio.

Our studio creates heirloom portraits for families and has donated to thousands of charities over the past 10 years. It is warm, professional, and high-energy — perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys working with children and pets, and thrives in a creative environment.

No experience required; we will train you!

If you're reliable, tech-savvy, and have a polished, outgoing personality, you'll excel with us.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide direction in the studio
• Assist with children and pets while parents work with our Art Directors
• Manage client communication (emails, phone, in-person)
• Handle office tasks such as mailings and assembling donation packets
• Run errands and support the team as needed
• Fridays : off-site work at local businesses to support studio partnerships
