Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, full-year Special Education Teacher position is available in San Tan Valley, AZ. This contract role offers an opportunity to work with all grade ranges, providing specialized support to students with diverse learning needs in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' unique learning requirements.
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal special education regulations.
Foster positive relationships to support the academic and social development of students.

Desired Qualifications :

Valid Special Education teaching certification.

Experience working across various grade levels is preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to create engaging, supportive, and adaptive learning experiences.
