We are seeking an experienced Director, Supplier Quality Engineering to lead supplier quality assurance and management functions across multiple manufacturing sites. In this high-impact leadership role, youll guide a team of Supplier Quality Managers and Engineers, strengthen partnerships with key suppliers, and drive improvements that ensure compliance, performance, and reliability in medical device manufacturing.

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Supplier Quality Managers and SQEs across U.S. and Puerto Rico sites.
• Develop strategic supplier quality initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships and improve performance.
• Ensure suppliers meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and performance objectives .
• Oversee supplier changes to products and processes, while monitoring continuous improvement efforts.
• Drive supplier audits, investigations, and risk assessments to mitigate compliance and quality issues.
• Guide the design, development, and qualification of new materials, processes, and products from concept through market release.
• Direct feasibility studies, design validation, and documentation processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic leadership through coaching, performance management, and prioritization of departmental initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% to support supplier sites and cross-functional alignment.
