Job Summary
The Private Pay Billing and Collections Specialist at our client is responsible for managing all private pay billing functions. This includes account reconciliation, invoicing, collections, and refund validation. The role ensures accurate patient billing, timely collection of outstanding balances, and clear communication with patients, families, team members, and internal departments. The specialist also verifies and quotes benefits, resolves billing discrepancies, and delivers high-quality customer service to support the financial stability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
