Job description

Weare seeking an experienced Process Supervisor to oversee production

operations during the 2nd shift in a food manufacturing environment. This role

is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring food safety and quality

standards are met, and maintaining efficient workflow while promoting a safe

and compliant workplace.

    Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during the 2nd shift.
  • Lead, train, and support production team members.
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.
  • Complete and review production documentation, logs, and reports.
  • Enforce safety policies, attendance standards, and company procedures.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
  • Communicate effectively with management, quality assurance, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation within production areas.

    • Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE prior supervisory experience in food manufacturing or production as well in sanitation.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and manufacturing regulations .
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with production paperwork and reporting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Open availability for 2nd shift and overtime as needed.
