Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to design and build feedback-driven learning systems for an AI agent.

Key Responsibilities

Build and productionize feedback loops that improve agent performance over time

Develop evaluation infrastructure including offline metrics and experiment analysis

Own signal pipelines end-to-end, translating user behaviors into reliable learning signals

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of hands-on experience building and shipping ML systems

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science

Experience with recommendation systems, ranking, personalization, or optimization problems

Deep knowledge of Python and ML tooling

Ability to choose simple, effective solutions over theoretically perfect ones
