Associate Creative Director, Copy (Social)

Required Skills

• Proven hands-on experience with concepting, writing, and producing copy across social and digital platforms, specifically short-form, high-impact content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong conceptual abilities, solid storytelling skills and a deep knowledge of the digital and social landscape.
• Good client presentation skills demonstrating the ability to clearly articulate how ideas address the client's challenge.
• Talent to inspire clients and team members with fresh, engaging language and creative ideas.
• Desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every day.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be a "maker" - actively writing scripts, captions, headlines, and content in addition to leading teams.
• Familiarity with and strong interest in the technology sector.
• A portfolio that showcases a strong "maker" sensibility and diverse social media content, particularly short-form video and motion graphics.

Required Experience

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $75,000-$180,000 USD
