Description
Are you a compassionate clinician seeking flexible PRN shifts to support individuals in crisis? Join Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) in our Walk-In Clinic (WIC) and 24 / 7 Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), where you'll make a meaningful impact through trauma-informed care, assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention. We're seeking Master's level Unlicensed Therapists (MA, LSW, LPCC, MFT), Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), and Psychologists (Unlicensed or Licensed) to provide critical mental health services within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you're driven to de-escalate crises, support recovery, and connect clients to ongoing care, we'd love to have you on our team!
Shifts. The CSU and the WIC are open every day of the year, and the PRN Therapists workfully Onsite / In-person. Our PRN staff are typically required to work at least two shifts per month. Available Shifts Monday - Sunday are :
Salary for this role. Wage is based on years of licensure and company equity. Shift differentials are available for certain shifts.

Requirements :
Master's or Doctoral degree in professional counseling from a program that's accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) or CSWE (Council on Social Work Education).
At least two years clinical experience providing care including conducting individual, family and / or group therapy.
Required Vaccination and TB Test.
At AMHR the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priorities. As part of this commitment, all employees are required to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before their first day of work. Proof of both the flu shot and negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested if necessary.
