Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive client contact and support throughout the certification process
Maintain client information and manage scheduling for audit activities
Assist in invoicing and financial support for clients, including collections and expense tracking
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of related customer service or program management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Strong administrative and telephone skills
