Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver in Hilo, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a retail environment, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the location to help deter security-related incidents and provide support to both staff and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will use your driving skills to cover larger areas and respond promptly to situations as they arise. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining visibility, and offering exceptional customer service, all while demonstrating our values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
