Role Overview

FireRock is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to support our distributor network. This role is centered on daily outbound calling, responding to inbound inquiries, and ensuring accurate, timely support for distributor accounts. You’ll manage quotes, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with operations to keep projects moving smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in handling frequent customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to distributor accounts to strengthen relationships and drive orders
  • Respond promptly to distributor inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage inbound leads and customer service calls
  • Prepare quotes and proposals based on project specifications
  • Track and manage leads and opportunities in CRM
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details
  • Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment
  • Deliver professional, responsive service in all customer communications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing 50–75 customer and sales-related touchpoints per day
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through reliably
  • Interest in sales and distributor relationships within building materials or construction
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior sales or customer service experience a plus
