General Description
The host is often the first impression of any new guests to the Wythe—it is imperative to provide a warm and genuine experience to the guests as they enter our space for the first time. It is essential to the Wythe Hotel that all guest relations are kind, thoughtful, personal and professional in a manner that is consistent with our ethos. The host manages the restaurant floor plan ensuring that guests are seated in an accurate and timely manner. They effectively communicate with guests to update them on wait-times, confirm special occasions and facilitate with both our venues as needed to reserve tables for our walk-in guests.
