Job description

Cardiothoracic Surgery physician job in Florida :

Facility is seeking Cardiothoracic Surgeon

Bread and butter CT Surgery (Bypass Grafting, Valve Repair / Replace, Dissections, etc)
Ideally looking for someone who has a 100% clinical role and would like to continue in that capacity.
Minimally invasive and / or robotic experience is also a plus
Surgeon should have a experience working in a high-volume location (min. of 100 cardiac cases over the last 12 month period)
Prefer the surgeon have recent thoracic experience (min. of 50 thoracic cases over the last 12 month period)
Work with Heart Failure (ECMO and LVAD device implants) also a plus but not required.
Board Certified required

Heart Institute includes a comprehensive care continuum including general non-invasive cardiology, complex interventional and structural interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, advanced cardiac imaging and advanced heart failure.
