Position Overview :

Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Internal Float Pool. This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs seeking a flexible night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and professional growth within a single hospital setting.

Location :

Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Shift :

3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM), Full-time, 36 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive pay range : $37.50 - $56.25
• Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

Your Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive patient care by using evidence-based practices to ensure safety and comfort. Use the nursing process to assess and address patient needs, engage families in care planning, and ensure ongoing evaluation of care effectiveness. Foster collaboration among healthcare team members and actively promote a culture of safety while participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
