Dining Services Associate

To perform a variety of duties in the Food Services Department which include, but are not limited to :

• prepare and stock cafeteria meal service line, salad bar, patient tray line, and patient kitchens
• prepare and serve food to patients, staff and the public
• deliver meal trays to guest service representatives on patient units
• assist with tray assembly as needed
• disassemble trays and clean food trucks
• service ware washing and pot washing manually or with dish machine
• wrapping silverware
• fill and deliver patient floor stock as assigned
• general cleaning

REQUIREMENTS : High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write and speak in English and be able to follow verbal and written instructions; previous experience in retail food service, or similar environment preferred
