The nature of the work is focused on defining tools, processes to support, and reporting for overall organizational excellence in business / portfolio management and process definition. Develops, plans, and manages implementation of operational projects and / or programs including planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost management. This position requires someone who pays attention to and can work in the details and can translate that to the big picture / value statement.

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent and 2-6 years exp in Project or Business Operations Management.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs. Proficient in resource management, project tracking, financial processes and portfolio reporting.
• Experience managing technical marketing project / program operations beneficial Nice to have
