Responsibilities

• Performs all repairs, maintenance, preventative maintenance and replacement of parts as directed to support the maintenance of the interior facility.
• Stocks, tracks, and maintains supplies and equipment.
• Plans and prioritizes assigned work as necessary to accomplish each task and / or project.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assists the Building Engineer and their designee in project planning, development, and execution as required.
• Interacts with all Team Members, property management and outside vendors / contractors in a professional manner to ensure productive working relationships.
• The ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Provide BIG Service to guests, including greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset.
• Develop and maintain professional, trusting, and positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, staff, coworkers, guests, and vendors.
• Work activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Work safely by following company safety policies and procedures, caring about safety of self and others, reporting unsafe conditions, and responding appropriately in emergencies.
• Maintain regular attendance at scheduled shifts and staff meetings.
• Maintain professionalism and a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout the shift.
