We are currently looking for a Manager - Engineering to join our team in Ludington.

Job Summary

Lead a high performing team of engineers and maintenance professionals in a fast-paced, growth focused environment where innovation and continuous improvement are key. You'll drive strategic initiatives that optimize manufacturing processes using lean tools, secure capital for new equipment, and deliver impactful cost savings. With a strong technical background in aluminum manufacturing including CNCs, tooling, sawing, presses, and fixturing, you'll guide complex projects from concept to execution while balancing multiple priorities. Your leadership will foster team development, preventive maintenance excellence, and operational troubleshooting to ensure long term success. Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within engineering processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead a culture of inclusion and belonging, promoting member engagement, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of engineering professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Manage departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure financial responsibility.
• Oversee the execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with / without accommodation.
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
