Clinical Role :

• 3 Providers Required
• 3pm – 7am and weekend 24-hour
• On Call including weekends and holidays
• CRNA must work without supervision and be proficient in blocks
• Facility will accept multiple providers
• Hospital Stroke Certified
• Assigned / Unassigned Patients
• 30 Minutes call response time required
• Board Certified / Board Eligible Required
• Active TX License – Required
• EMR : Paper Charting
• ACLS Required
• BNDD Required
