Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

Specialty : Rehabilitation

Duration : 13 weeks
48 hours per week
Shift : 12 hours, days, nights
Employment Type : Travel

Radius Rule : Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius

every other weekend and holiday rotation

Float Requirements : float to all inpatient units as needed

On Call / Call Back Requirements : NA

Required Certifications : WI RN, AHA BLS

Minimum Experience : 1 Year Medical Surgical Rehab experience (a plus but not required) - OR - nurses with M / S background. Experience REQUIRED in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC).

Charting Experience Required : Epic Preferred

Required Skillset : Rehab Knowledge

Primary Cases; Stroke, Trauma, Debility, amputation, Cardiac

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 12 beds Inpatient Rehab Patient Ratio 1 : 4-1 : 6 PM 1 : 8 Nights

Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates

Scrub Colors : any color

Shift Requirements : 12 hour day / pm shifts
