Job Title : Project Manager US Patient Services (SFHC CRM) Experience Required : 7 -10 years Location : New York Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing US Patient Services programs and hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud (SFHC CRM) implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless rollout of CRM solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams business, IT, and operations to deliver compliant, high-impact technology solutions that enhance patient and HCP experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SFHC CRM solutions for US Patient Services programs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, CRM architects, and development teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality parameters.
• Ensure timely and successful rollout of patient service programs.
• Drive requirement workshops and translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Manage onshoreoffshore coordination, ensuring clear communication and delivery alignment.
• Oversee UAT, deployment, and post-launch stabilization phases.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to client stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and pharma regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
