Learning And Documentation Program Manager
Nordstrom is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Learning and Documentation Program Manager to lead the Certified Manager Training (CMT) initiative within the Supply Chain Operations (SCO) network. The Process Training and Documentation team plays a critical role within our Supply Chain by focusing on end-user training and providing step-by-step documentation that explains and teaches processes from the perspective of a first-time user. This individual will be focused on the development of leadership skills, application of key development programs and implementation of key training management software systems (ie Cornerstone). This individual will design and deliver interactive training programs that build leadership skills, adapting to diverse learning styles to ensure effective outcomes. Development of these skills are aimed at improving the overall business outcomes and team member experiences. This role will be responsible for the instructional design, development, implementation, and sustainment of training content and documentation, supporting the rollout and long-term success of the CMT program. This role will partner closely with key stakeholders in Human Resources and Learning & Development teams to build, deploy, and monitor effectiveness of training material. They will continually evaluate needs and work to provide content that meets the leader where they are with real world applications, examples, and outcomes.

Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $92,000.00 - $155,000.00 Annual This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives / bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical / vision / dental / life / disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
