Role Summary:

The Structural Engineer will play a key role in designing and detailing precast and structural concrete systems for commercial and industrial projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy combining analytical work with practical, real-world application and who want to make a tangible impact on each project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support structural design efforts for precast and reinforced concrete projects.
• Perform structural analysis and develop detailed calculations for components and connections.
• Create and review construction documents and drawings using CAD and BIM software.
• Conduct 3D modeling and finite element analysis to verify performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and fabrication teams to resolve design challenges.
• Identify and address design or scope issues proactively, providing practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Contribute to standardization efforts, design templates, and process improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with industry codes, materials, and best practices in precast and structural design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of structural or precast engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM platforms; experience with finite element analysis tools a plus.
• SE or PE license preferred (or ability to obtain).
