The Renaissance Retirement Community, an Eliza Jennings Community in Olmsted Township and a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is searching for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician !

The Health Center at The Renaissance has a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Responsibilities :

• Review work orders with supervisor; respond and complete maintenance and repairs for facility, staff and residents in a timely manner.
• Conduct rounds to check lighting, heating and air conditioning, boiler, etc. to assure functionality and safety.
• Inspect and recondition rooms.
• Provide landscaping / grounds maintenance.
• Assure compliance with all regulations

Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m.

On call rotating weekends.

The Renaissance is seeking a maintenance technician with a strong background in plumbing, and electrical.
