Qualifications

Position Summary

The primary responsibilities include Front Desk responsibilities and A\R

Position Hours :

Monday through Friday - 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm with the ability to work additional hours from January through April 15th.

Essential Requirements :

• Accounting knowledge.
• Experience with accounting software (Practice CS and NetClient CS).
• Excellent Organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good telephone and communication skills.
• Proficient people skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Front Desk

A\R - all aspects

Assist with Monthly and annual bookkeeping
