RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the pricing team, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs across multiple concurrent pursuits.

Develop and present Price-to-Win (PTW) strategies for programs, proposals, and task orders.

Establish scalable processes, templates, and best practices to drive continuity and efficiency as the organization grows.

Oversee pricing strategy formulation and direct pricing actions to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA.

Conduct salary surveys and market research to support competitive positioning.

Manage the development of the Price / Cost Volumes and ensure alignment with capture and technical strategies.

Partner with executive leadership, capture, contracts, and program management as a trusted advisor on pricing and financial strategy.

Support customer negotiations, including BAFOs (Best and Final Offers), extensions, modifications, and other contractual actions.

Conduct competitor pricing analysis and maintain a historical pricing database for lessons learned and benchmarking.

Drive P&L and financial impact analysis of pricing decisions to inform executive strategy.

Mentor and develop pricing analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.

Direct the creation of Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation and ensure compliance with all submission requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of strategic pricing experience within federal government contracting.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).

Proven leadership experience managing and developing pricing teams.

Demonstrated success managing pricing for large-scale IDIQs, GWACs, or high-value procurements .

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with hands-on expertise in pricing tools.

In-depth knowledge of government pricing regulations (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA).

Track record of developing innovative, competitive, and profitable pricing strategies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

Ability to obtain and maintain customer-specific clearance levels.

Must have reliable internet and cell service and a dedicated home office space.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Pricing to lead TekSynap's pricing organization in a rapidly scaling environment. This senior leader will oversee all aspects of pricing strategy, execution, and team management to ensure competitive, compliant, and profitable solutions in the federal government contracting space. The Senior Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our pricing strategy across large-scale IDIQs, GWACs, recompetes, and task order pursuits while building continuity and standardization across a growing pricing team.

We are hiring two Pricing Directors to join the team. One to lead our integration services and strategic IDIQs and a second individual to lead government services business.
