Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
Supervise team members to ensure efficient, high-quality legal work.
Conduct client meetings to assess needs, plan strategies, and resolve issues.
Draft and review estate documents, correspondence, and court petitions.
Represent clients in court and assist with special legal projects.
Qualifications :
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Minimum 4 years of experience in trusts, estates, and probate law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and client relationship skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with standard law office procedures.
