Key Responsibilities

Investigates all aspects of bodily injury claims, exercising discretion and independence

Applies understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships

Determines subrogation or fraud potential and collaborates with relevant representatives

Required Qualifications

Experience in handling homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims

Litigation experience may be necessary

Ability to manage and negotiate claims effectively

Intermediate understanding of insurance policies

Residence in a Pacific time zone state (California, Nevada, Oregon, Arizona)
