Certifications and Licenses :
Valid RN licensure in Nebraska / Iowa is required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is mandatory.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is mandatory.
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification is required.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during night shifts.
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a similar hospital unit.
Proven ability to manage a diverse patient caseload with confidence and professionalism.
Strong assessment skills and attention to detail.
