Position Overview : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members, handling inbound inquiries related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services. The candidate will provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support, use internal systems to manage member information, document interactions, and contribute to process improvements. They must ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
Must-Haves : Bilingual (Korean), 2+ years in customer-facing roles (call center, healthcare, hospitality), strong empathy and listening skills, tech-savvy and able to multitask across systems, resilient and performance-driven.
Nice-to-Haves : Help desk experience, bachelor's degree with part-time work or internship experience.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
