Responsibilities

• Participate on developing back-end services or APIs using frameworks like Actix or Rocket.
• Create blockchain or crypto-related software.
• Contributing to open-source projects.
• Optimize performance-critical applications.
• Work with teams in testbed environments and development labs.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience of object-oriented software development experience.

Knowledge of the Rust programming language and can build reliable, efficient, and safe applications.

Knowledge and experience of memory safety without garbage collection.

Knowledge and experience with JAVA, C / C++ and Python.

Experience with large government software infrastructure

Experiences with Microsoft 365 : Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and concepts in both written and oral form

Clearance :

A current DoD secret or higher, clearance.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

5-10 years of experience.

Location :

Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.

Monday-Friday. Schedule flexing is available with the PM’s and customer approval.
