The CFO will undertake a strategic role in the overall management of the Bank, providing financial leadership, operational insight, and strategic direction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support long‑term growth and strength.
• Oversee all aspects of accounting, finance, budgeting, and reporting functions.
• Contribute planning initiatives and provide financial insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage critical vendor relationships, contracts and negotiations to strong relationships and risk mitigation bankwide.
• Operate facility management functions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Management Team to execute strategic business opportunities and improve procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls across all financial operations.
