Position Summary : As the Stock Plan Administrator you will be responsible for supporting Legal and Accounting teams in the administration, auditing, and lifecycle tracking of employee equity. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with corporate policies, and alignment with SEC, IRS, and internal governance requirements.
