Are you a nurse and mental health advocate who loves working with the geriatric underserved population in a rural setting Our team is hiring a part time nurse to join our local Senior Life Solutions program in Crosby ND.

• Location : Crosby ND (This is a well-established program in the state of ND that opened March 2023.)
• Schedule : Our program is opened Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. In a part time capacity you would work 3 days a week with no weekends / no holidays / no after hours.

Opportunity Details :

As a Program Clinic Nurse you will focus on the 3Cs; Care Community and Compliance.

Care : Collaborate with a small interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician a social worker and a CNA to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.

Community : Engage your local community to develop and deliver educational presentations workshops and seminars in the community to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform of the resources PMC can provide.

Compliance : Contribute to the enhancement of the behavioral health program by providing insights and feedback on patient care processes program development and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress treatment strategies and community outreach efforts.
