Unity Software Developer

Salary : $72,000 - 115,000 per year

Requirements :

• We are seeking a talented software engineer with proven expertise in C# or C++, particularly for VR application development. The ideal applicant must be familiar with Unity and possess knowledge in game optimization, hand tracking, and interaction. A general understanding of 3D artistry and rendering is also essential. Additionally, a basic understanding of computing hardware, network organization, and network traffic routes, especially in the context of VR / AR, is required. Candidates should also demonstrate the following qualifications :
• Experience in creating and developing projects in Unity.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and / or Visual Studio Code, including skills in debugging and performance profiling.
• Strong debugging abilities, with experience resolving issues caused by third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Capability to quickly learn new software.
• Understanding of basic principles of computer graphics, such as coordinate spaces, rotations, poly count, and its impact on performance.
• Knowledge of 3D graphics terminology, including textures, texture maps, and Level of Detail.
• Experience in 3D modeling is advantageous (e.g., using Blender, AutoCAD, or Maya).

The salary will be aligned with your demonstrated experience and the breadth and depth of your skills. The compensation package ranges from $72,000 to $115,000 annually.
