Responsibilities

Perform MRI scans ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.

Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.

Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Stay updated with the latest MRI technology and techniques.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards in MRI operations.

Collaborate with radiologists to interpret MRI results accurately.

Document and report MRI findings in a timely manner.

Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained.

Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.

Participate in team meetings to discuss case studies and improve practices.

Assist in training new staff on MRI procedures and protocols.

Provide feedback on workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.

Experience / Qualifications

Proven experience as an MRI Technician with a focus on quality imaging.

In-depth knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient care standards.

Proven ability to meet departmental targets and contribute to team goals.

Ability to calibrate and maintain MRI equipment for optimal performance.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with radiologists and reporting findings.

Willingness to participate in team meetings and continuous learning initiatives.

Strong understanding of MRI technology advancements and techniques.

Experience in managing patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.

Proactive in suggesting workflow improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Ability to train new staff on MRI procedures and protocols effectively.
