Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position
Some holidays are required Monday Friday : 7 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM
Compensation Starting at $22-29 / hr (dependent upon experience)
Requirements What Youll Do :
As an Internal Medicine Coordinator , youll be an essential part of the internal medicine team, supporting our internists, technicians, and client service staff in a variety of critical tasks. Your responsibilities will include :
Coordinating internal medicine consults and procedures
Communicating with clients about treatment plans, estimates, and follow-up care
Ensuring records and diagnostics are accurate and up to date
Assisting in patient discharge, preparing medications and paperwork
Serving as a point of contact for scheduling and case flow
Providing clear, compassionate communication to pet owners
Who Were Looking For :
Veterinary experience is required , with a preference for internal medicine or specialty experience
Technician or assistant background preferred, but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional communication and client service skills
Ability to work collaboratively and compassionately with both teams and clients
