    Overview

    The Sr. Manager of Acquisition & Lead Generation will be the driving force behind our customer growth, owning both the strategy and day-to-day execution of our acquisition and lead generation programs. In this team-of-one role, you will run hands-on campaigns across paid media, influencer partnerships, and lifecycle marketing, leveraging contract resources when needed. You’ll dive deep into performance data, optimize campaigns in real time, and build high-impact lead nurturing programs that directly fuel revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, data-driven marketer who can balance tactical precision with strategic thinking to deliver measurable results.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

    Strategic Leadership

  • Develop a multi-year acquisition roadmap aligned to company revenue and margin goals.
  • Set performance targets for CAC, ROAS, lead volume, and CVR, and ensure resources are in place to achieve them.
  • Select, negotiate with, and manage agency and contractor relationships to support campaign execution.
  • Partner with C-suite to align acquisition goals with product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion plans.
  • Lead quarterly strategy sessions to evaluate current channel performance, emerging opportunities, and competitive shifts.
  • Lead Generation Strategy

  • Own the design of scalable lead generation systems, including gated assets, events, and digital partnerships.
  • Implement advanced lead scoring and nurturing programs leveraging marketing automation platforms.
  • Integrate acquisition and lead generation workflows into the company’s CRM for end-to-end tracking and attribution.
  • Acquisition & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic display, and retargeting platforms.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword, audience, and competitive research to inform targeting and creative decisions.
  • Manage campaign budgets daily and reallocate spend to maximize ROI and achieve lead and acquisition targets.
  • Test ad formats, bidding strategies, and placements to identify top-performing combinations.
  • Oversee end-to-end creative process for ads, including briefing designers, copywriters, and contractors when needed.
  • Partner with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach and generate qualified inbound traffic.
  • Lead Generation & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Develop and manage lead capture campaigns, from gated content to webinar sign-ups and downloadable assets.
  • Build, launch, and refine email / SMS marketing flows to move leads through the funnel and prevent attrition.
  • Implement lead scoring models to prioritize outreach for high-value prospects.
  • Create segmentation rules based on engagement, behavior, and lifecycle stage to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead handoff processes are seamless, trackable, and conversion-focused.
  • Optimization & Analytics

  • Own all acquisition reporting and dashboard creation, tracking KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CVR, and MQL volume.
  • Conduct A / B and multivariate testing across ads, landing pages, and email sequences to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor attribution models to ensure accurate performance measurement across channels.
  • Present weekly and monthly performance updates with actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic Contribution

  • Identify new platforms, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
  • Recommend budget shifts and reallocation strategies based on performance insights.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
  • Skills & Minimum Qualifications :

  • 7 - 10 years in performance, growth, or acquisition marketing (DTC, B2B, omnichannel).
  • Proven ROI‑driven paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and full‑funnel execution.
  • Tools : Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, HubSpot (or similar).
  • Strong analytical acumen, testing mindset, cross‑functional leadership.
