Industrial Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are currently partnered with a major manufacturing company in the Fort Wayne, IN area that's seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting, with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and maintain electrical systems, including 120 / 208 / 240 / 480 voltage systems.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair tasks as needed.
• Work with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and servo motors to enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
