As part of these efforts, we are actively seeking driven individuals to be Junior Account Managers for a global telecommunications brand. If you’re interested in testing your sales and people skills in more of a leadership role, this role is definitely for you! You will be instrumental in driving AT&T's business-to-business sales while you learn the ins and outs of supporting a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Account Manager :

  • Act as the main contact for clients, nurturing strong, lasting relationships and managing their accounts.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and requirements to offer customized solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies with other Junior Account Managers and sales team members focused on enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion by recommending relevant services or solutions.
  • Track and analyze client performance data, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular account updates, presentations, and performance evaluations to clients.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and the competitive environment.
