About The Position

Facility : University of Vermont Medical Center

COVER FMLA, 16 weeks. RN for acute dialysis, need to flex 8 / 10 / 12H as needed. Apheresis experience preferred. 1 day of call every 7 days w / weekend call rotation, call and floating expected .Prior exp. in large teaching fac. req. Must have experience in Acute unit working with very sick patients. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday, Next available orientation 12 / 1.

IVS to OFFER This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April
