You will partner with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and strategic goals, translating them into technical requirements and actionable solutions. The position involves owning system performance and adoption, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements. You will drive roadmaps, implement new features, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards. This is a strategic, cross-functional role requiring collaboration across IT, finance, operations, and other business teams. The successful candidate will also mentor peers, influence process improvements, and proactively evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Accountabilities :

• Own and optimize core business systems, monitoring usage, performance, and adoption to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and objectives; translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop system roadmaps and recommend enhancements to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
• Conduct design sessions, build prototypes, and validate solutions with business partners before development.
• Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize initiatives, ensure smooth implementation, and drive adoption of new features.
• Ensure systems meet compliance, security, and data privacy standards.
• Maintain awareness of emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
