Hr Manager Opportunity In Nashville
A growing entertainment and live event organization is seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves managing key human resources functions and providing strategic support to ensure smooth operations across various HR areas. You will have the opportunity to contribute to employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compensation planning while collaborating with leadership teams.
Responsibilities :
- Contributes to building a strong HR foundation that supports organizational growth and positions the company as an employer of choice.
- Partners closely with U.S. leaders and HR teams while collaborating effectively with HR partners in the UK and Canada, leveraging global resources and shared services.
- Works closely with management and employees to maintain positive workplace relationships, engagement, and retention, while managing and resolving complex employee relations matters.
- Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations related to employee relations, policy concerns, and workplace issues.
- Provides day-to-day HR guidance to management, including talent acquisition support, leadership coaching, employee counseling, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Supports workforce planning, succession planning, compensation alignment, and employment recommendations for new hires, promotions, and transfers in accordance with company policies.
- Assists in the rollout of key HR initiatives such as talent planning, annual goal-setting, performance reviews, sales and commission planning, and other organizational programs.
- Ensures ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining deep knowledge of evolving legal requirements and HR best practices.
- Leads and supports HR operations for a multi-state employee population, including onboarding, I-9 compliance, terminations, job description development, HRIS / recruitment systems, and full-cycle recruiting.
Requirements :
Proven experience in HR management, including employee relations and onboarding.Proficiency in using HR software.Strong knowledge of compensation planning and workforce management.Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.Experience managing HR operations for large teams, ideally with 400 or more employees.Understanding of international HR practices and ability to collaborate across global teams.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Bachelor's Degree is required.
