IT Support Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support as the first point of contact for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support requests through various channels

Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Document issues and escalate complex tickets to Tier 2 support with detailed information

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems

Basic knowledge of operating systems and productivity software

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
