Job descriptionSupport the client in practicing socialization and appropriate greetings Assist with community outings, including making purchases and learning basic money-handling skills Encourage communication, independence, and positive interactions with others Provide consistent structure, patience, and calm guidance Follow the client’s established routines and support strategies Maintain a safe, supportive environment at all times Qualifications : Experience working with teens or individuals with autism is helpful (not required—training provided) Comfortable supporting community outings and skill-building activities Patient, reliable, and able to model appropriate social behavior Strong communication and rapport-building skills Must pass standard background checks What We Offer : Weekly pay : $15.20–$16.20 per hour Paid training Daytime schedule with consistent hours Supportive family / environment and clear care plan Opportunity to help a teen build meaningful life skills If you are dedicated, compassionate, and excited to support skill growth and independence, we’d love to hear from you. Community Living Support for 13-Year-Old Male with Autism (Commerce Township, MI) Position :
- Caregiver / Community Living Support Worker Location : Commerce Township, Michigan Schedule : Daytime hours between 8 : 00 AM and 12 : 30 PM Pay : $15.20–$16.20 per hour, paid weekly Training : Paid training provided A patient, encouraging caregiver is needed to support a 13-year-old male with autism in building independence and confidence in both home and community settings.
- The caregiver will focus on developing social skills, practicing appropriate greetings, and assisting the client in completing community purchases.
