Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-project implementations of HealthEdge products for our enterprise healthcare clients. This customer-facing role requires exceptional project management expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and deep understanding of healthcare technology implementations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project, ensuring successful delivery of HealthRules Payer, GuidingCare, and other HealthEdge solutions.
Our Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. Examples include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives.
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale customer implementations involving multiple HealthEdge products
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success
- Manage program scope, budget, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
- Identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as primary customer liaison for the ProgramFacilitate regular customer steering committee meetings and executive briefingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across all organizational levelsDrive customer achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives through successful implementation and optimizationProactively address customer concerns and escalations to ensure satisfactionPartner with sales teams during pre-sales activities and contract negotiationsProject Oversight & Delivery
Oversee multiple projectsEnsure adherence to HealthEdge implementation methodologies and best practicesMonitor program health, identify at-risk deliverables, and implement corrective actionsCoordinate go-live activities and post-implementation support transitionsManage change orders, scope adjustments, and contract modificationsOperational Excellence
Utilize project management tools (OpenAir, Salesforce) to track progress and resource utilizationPrepare and deliver executive dashboards and program status reportsConduct regular program health checksSupport capacity planning and resource forecasting initiativesDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer experienceWhat You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in a related field5 or more years of experience leading complex, billable, software delivery-based projects to external clientsGood understanding of software development processes including agile methodologies such as SCRUM / KanbanKnowledge of JIRA (or similar tools) is considered an assetExperience with SmartSheet is considered an assetExperience with Agile / Scrum methodologiesFamiliarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferredPMP Certification preferredSuperior problem-solving abilities coupled with strong decision-making capabilitiesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skillsProactive attitude combined with an eagerness to learn new technologiesPreferred Qualifications
