In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and AI-enabled transformation across the organization. You will partner with leaders and teams across departments to identify bottlenecks, implement automation, and embed data-informed practices into daily operations. This role combines program management expertise, operational insight, and change management skills to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for defining roadmaps, setting success metrics, and driving adoption of new processes and technologies. Accountabilities :

• Lead and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a focus on AI adoption and operational improvement.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap of initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify inefficiencies and design initiatives that enhance speed, quality, and scalability.
• Plan and execute training and communication programs to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Support operational governance and ensure initiatives comply with ethical, data, and compliance standards.
• Track progress, measure efficiency gains, and report insights to leadership.
